Cancellation and refunds

The short version

If the workshop was not what this website said it was, send one email before Monday 10 August, 6:00 PM IST and you get the whole amount back. No form, no call, no reason required, no exit survey.

How to ask

Email bma@buildmyapp.live before Monday 10 August, 6:00 PM IST. The word "refund" is enough. You do not have to explain yourself and you will not be argued with.

When the money arrives

Refunds are initiated within 3 working days of the request. Your bank or card issuer then takes a further 5–7 working days to place it back on your statement — that part is theirs, not ours. The refund goes to the same method you paid with; it cannot be sent anywhere else.

Cancelling before the session

You can cancel any time before the workshop starts and get the whole amount back, on the same terms. Nothing is deducted.

If we cancel

If the session is cancelled or moved by us, you choose: take the new date, or take a full refund. It is your choice, and it does not expire.

After the deadline

Once Monday 10 August, 6:00 PM IST has passed, the refund window has closed. That deadline is published here, on the landing page, and under every buy button before you pay, so it is never a surprise. It will not be quietly extended for some people and not others.
